Almond cake


A yummy super easy cake to make… First turn the oven on at 170°C to preheat.

You will need to mix together:

175 grammes of almond powder,

125 grammes of flour,

1 teaspooon of baking powder. 

Make a well and drop in your choice of substitute for 4 eggs equivalent (I love flax-eggs), 250 grammes of vegetable magrarine, a generous spoon of vanilla essence and 180 grammes of sugar.

I used an electric whisk to make sure I had a smooth paste.

Drop into an oiled dish and put into the oven for 40 minutes. 

Perfect with a glass of almond milk or a nice cup of peppermint tea, you choice 😉 Bon appetit
