Simple and scrumpcious

These are super easy to make and soooo good.

In a medium ball, add the following ingredients:

1 large very ripe banana,

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,

3 teaspoons of coconut oil (melted),

1/2 cup of almond powder,

3/4 cup of oats,

1/2 cup of sultanas,

1 1/2 teaspoon of stevia,

1 tablespoon of flaxmeal.

Mix till you get a homogenous paste.

Form balls in your hands and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes. The biscuits will harden a little as they cool.

Perfect for a pick-me-up breakfast.
